Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer

In addition to our Terms & Conditions, Cattytude reserves the right to investigate exchanges, returns, and refunds according to professional discretion. As soon as an order has been made, there is a maximum 12-hour window for customers to either make changes to their order or cancel it.

After 12 hours have passed, order processing begins. Any changes or full refund requests after this will be denied. If you're determined to receive a refund, a 50% restocking fee (at the buyer's expense) will cover the manpower and resources already in motion.

Order Errors & Returns

Full refunds are given only to customers who receive damaged or incorrect items sent by Cattytude's distribution team. It's vitally important that customers make sure, as they place their order, they're 100% confident with their purchase to avoid disappointment. If there's a mistake on their end (like sizing issues), no refund is given.

Upon receiving your order, if you encounter quality issues or didn't receive what you ordered, we will require detailed information from you promptly (no more than 14 days after you received the order). Heresay is not enough. We need clear, easy-to-understand visual proof of the error. Upon approval, we will issue the refund within 72 hours.

As for returns, if you've changed your mind within 14 days after receiving your order, you need to contact us first so we can provide the correct address where you can send it. Where it came from won't accept the return.

If you send it anywhere else, not only have you lost the item, but also your refund.

You will be responsible for sending the item at your expense and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Once we've received the return, we will inspect the item. If we are satisfied that your item is still brand new (the package hasn't been opened and there is no sign of wear or usage whatsoever), then we will issue the refund within 3 business days.

 

If we're not satisfied with the item's condition, the option is yours to send it back at your expense or agree to donate it to a charitable organization. If applicable, we'll send you a receipt for the original cost of the item that may be applied when you file for income tax.

Delivery Issues

Unless otherwise noted, it may take up to twenty business days before your order arrives. The majority of Cattytude's products are made and sent from China. This means we're all at the mercy of shippers and customs as they do their jobs.

Patience is key. Please monitor the tracking info Cattytude provides as soon as your order has been shipped. As soon as your order is sent, it's out of our hands. It's your responsibility to track the order and contact the delivery people involved should you have any concerns.

The only occasion Cattytude will get involved is if the estimated delivery time has passed and there is no confirmation that the package has been delivered to the right address. From there, we can take action on your behalf to push for appropriate compensation.
