Legal Disclaimer
In addition to our Terms & Conditions, Cattytude reserves the right to investigate exchanges, returns, and refunds according to professional discretion. As soon as an order has been made, there is a maximum 12-hour window for customers to either make changes to their order or cancel it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
After 12 hours have passed, order processing begins. Any changes or full refund requests after this will be denied. If you're determined to receive a refund, a 50% restocking fee (at the buyer's expense) will cover the manpower and resources already in motion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos. We’ll happily issue a full refund or replacement once verified.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

A 50% restocking fee helps cover production and processing costs already incurred.
We cannot accept returns sent to the wrong address.
Delivery Issues
Since most items ship from overseas, delays can occasionally happen. We’ll assist with missing packages once the estimated delivery window has passed. Please track your order using the information we provide.
