Carson Springs Wildlife near Gainesville FL provides lifetime care for rescued exotic animals on 275 acres. Founded by Christine and Barry Janks after horse racing and a 2001 South Africa cheetah trip, it opened in 2008. Over 100 animals from 30 rare species live there, including tigers, lions, cheetahs and an Indian rhino. Accredited with clean inspections, it focuses on education and species preservation.
